Quotes are based on the information available at the time. If inspection reveals a materially different fault, vehicle condition or work scope, any change will be discussed before additional work proceeds.

Bookings and access
Customers must provide a safe, lawful work area and reasonable access to the vehicle or equipment at the agreed time. Please disclose site inductions, parking restrictions, hazards and access requirements when booking.
Diagnostics
Electrical diagnosis is a process of testing and fault isolation. A diagnostic booking does not guarantee that every intermittent or concealed fault can be confirmed during the first attendance.
Parts and installations
Parts, accessories and installation scope will be confirmed before work. Customer-supplied components may be declined if they are unsuitable, unsafe or incompatible.
Payment and tax invoices
Payment terms are confirmed with the quote or invoice. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Tax invoices display ABN 44 912 952 006.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
